Pretty silly line of attack. We don’t require Health Min to be a Dr, the Finance Min to be an economist, or the Defence Minister to have served in military. Stanford is there to set direction, weigh advice, & make decisions, not to personally deliver the curriculum. Examples 👇

@claudicant 7x the death rate of Samoa. That's an additional 5,000 lives because Ardern and Wiles strategy was to let the virus in and flatten the curve. Imagine being so stupid you can't understand facts.

The #CoalitionNZ would've lost control of Covid so early. The death toll would've been terrible. Man we were lucky - #ChurArdern

I’ve been having to fight my kids board of trustees here in New Zealand because they put up blatant left wing propaganda around the school attacking the government. I’ve had them remove it once, but they’re putting them back up again. What makes this hard is that he’s 7 and already realized the teachers are complete retards. Cc @EricaStanfordMP

$10,000 to sit with the PM.
$5,000 if you’re less important. Meanwhile, families are choosing between fuel and food. Christopher Luxon isn’t just out of touch — he’s putting a price on access. And it’s obscene.

Disappointed to hear MoF completely mischaracterise my calculations of fuel levels. In fact, MBIE officials didn’t originally publish the 10+ days of diesel being unloaded at present, in their numbers of fuel in-country, or arriving in the next few weeks!

@pyroaquanaut @brandnewzealand Sure, we can grow the best and safest food in the world but NZers voted for a 30% increase in the minimum wage that makes it unaffordable. If you voted Labour, congratulations on getting what you voted for.

@brandnewzealand We have land, We have people who can produce products from the land, The infrastructure is in place, transport and storage is available. A packing and promotion industry also exists. We don't have ANY VALID reasons except self-imposed thru political meddling and usery.

@CitizenBomber Why can't the people that believe this sort of shit ever tell me one social statistic that improved under Labour in six years of record spending and debt? They seem to flounder and point to our covid death rate (being 7x that of Samoa, another remote PI), as some sort of badge!

i'll never forget when brooke van velden likened beneficiaries to stubborn, thick, lazy donkeys and cast herself as the donkey driver waggling a carrot around to incentivise them to work.

@canderlodge Seven years ago, Ardern was still spending our future but didn't bother to fund new cancer drugs.... And I bet it didn't bother you one jot.

Most medicines spent nearly seven years on wait list for funding rnz.co.nz/national/progr… Pharmac need $300million to fund all the medicines on their list. This govt chose to fund Philip Morris's heated tobacco products, banned in Aus & unapproved by Health, costing $300million

@BenJame59199406 @CitizenBomber Yet after 6 years in power the country was vastly worse off then it was before. After 6 years, we had more people in poverty, more homeless, more businesses closed. And now you want those exact same people in power again after a 3 year absence

The govt literally doesn't give a fuck about young people. Not young cops, not young teachers, not young nurses, not young workers of any kind. If you don't have kids you can get fucked.

@Incrediblehug @chrisluxonmp If the pay equity thing ever goes ahead, I'll be petitioning for a tax equity settlement. Historically, men have paid more tax than women and women have received equal share of the services that have been provided from tax - more when you consider welfare and Healthcare.

How ironic that as a Care Worker that has to work 100 hours+ per fortnight to survive (after National stole $20,000p.a. Pay equity from me), I’ll be paying for 8 families fuel credits. Don’t thank @chrisluxonmp for your fuel, thank 65,000 Care workers who had $2 billion stolen

Brooke van Velden had just leafleted my street in recent days with an Act Tāmaki brochure inviting voters to a coffee meeting down the road this Friday morning. Very odd.

Had a chat with my students today. Multiple kids said that their beneficiary parents were already doing their utter best to manage their money, but these costs were making them suffer. Pity the govt doesn't consider them worthy of any assistance.
Entitled Matai@liedmyway2top

What I’d say to you is we’re going to target the funding towards low & middle income, but not bottom feeding beneficiaries who are lazy & not doing it tough. They dont need help to get their kids to school or to meet their jobseeker obligations and we make no apology for that
