@123skely That’s not “ahead,” that’s just ignorance with confidence. Different place, same lesson exposure to a culture doesn’t equal understanding it. Real progress is respect, not just repeating what you hear without knowing the weight behind it.

When I was in the club in China, the bouncer heard me speaking English and he comes up to me and says " Please come with me now.", and I'm thinking " ahhh shit, they going to kick me out." So he pulls me aside and takes out his phone, and just shows me a video of him saying the N-word over and over again. China truly is 1000 years ahead of the west.

@C_Farthammer What town specifically? Quincy is much nicer now than it was 30 years ago, Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate are unchanged. Marshfield is basically Quincy for 20 years ago since all the retiring boomers cashed out and moved there. Weymouth has always been shitty. Where is it worse?
