It was organised by RehabiMed with the collaboration of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the University of Cagliari with the support of ICOMOS, AECID, IEMed, the UfM and the Generalitat de Catalunya and the essential involvement of local organisations

The workshop was held in Pallars, a Pyrenean region in the north of Catalonia, be-tween 26 August and 7 September 2024, with the participation of a multidiscipli-nary group of 30 professionals from 8 countries of the Mediterranean arc.

The Espluga de Cuberes International Workshop was the first milestone of the Eu-ro-Mediterranean project ‘Living on the Cliff’, which is to carry out an analysis of troglodytic habitat and rural depopulation in the Mediterranean. + info buff.ly/3O0kcAq
