Many times we as adults allow our frustrations to get the best of us. We see the potential in every child and we want to be a part of their story, to be their champion, to help them reach their full potential. Almost every educator I have ever met wants to be great for their students, but at times lose their way because they care so darn much that they worry they will let them down. And when this happens, our behavior can get the best of us. Keep believing and remember what you said when you sat in that interview chair. That is the best version of all of us. Never too late to #Recalibrate my friends. Blessings!
