Interesting Kenyan story about the movie on this post. If you peep 👀 closely you can recognize a familiar name at no.10. The movie was titled ‘The Wolf of the Wall Street’ It was banned in Kenya in 2014 by KFCB. Do you know why? Thread 🧵

In Tokyo, there's a cleaning crew that does the impossible every 12 minutes.
They're called TESSEI. They clean the Shinkansen bullet trains at Tokyo Station.
When a train arrives, it stops for 12 minutes before departing again.
Two minutes for passengers to exit.
Three more for the next batch to board.
That leaves seven.
In those seven minutes, one person must:
- Clean 100 seats
- Wipe every tray table
- Vacuum the floor
- Rotate every seat to face the new direction of travel
- Replace all headrest covers
- Check the overhead bins
- Bow to incoming passengers
Seven. Minutes.
They do this hundreds of times a day.
Harvard Business School published a case study about them.
The New York Times called it "the 7-minute miracle."
Tourists now stand on the platform just to watch.
Before they start, they bow to the train.
When they finish, they line up and bow to the passengers.
They're paid by the hour. Many are in their 50s and 60s.
Japan didn't invent cleaning.
They invented the dignity of doing small things perfectly.

@AdeliaDineo That's what being an adult calls for, you show up even when you don't want to. Have a great family date ahead.

@Agronommejean Just learnt that Wagyu is a breed, is it the most expensive in the list?
English

COW BREEDS RANKED BY SIZE: FROM GIANTS TO MINIATURES
Cattle breeds vary widely in size, productivity, and adaptability, making breed selection a critical decision for any livestock farmer. Understanding these differences helps align production goals with the right genetic potential.
At the larger end of the spectrum are breeds such as Brahman, Holstein, Simmental, Charolais, and Chianina. These cattle are known for their impressive body size, strong growth rates, and suitability for either beef or high-volume dairy production, especially under well-managed systems.
Medium-sized breeds like Angus, Brown Swiss, Limousin, Hereford, Ayrshire, and Wagyu offer a balance between productivity and efficiency. They are widely valued for quality meat, reliable milk production, and adaptability to different farming conditions.
Smaller breeds, including Jersey and Highland cattle, are particularly efficient for farmers with limited resources. They require less feed, are easier to manage, and still provide high-quality milk or meat depending on the production system.
At the smallest scale, Dexter, Miniature Zebu, Miniature Hereford, and other dwarf cattle are ideal for smallholder and homestead farming. Ultimately, successful cattle farming depends not on size alone, but on choosing breeds that match your environment, resources, and production objectives
