The news about RentAHuman made the rounds last week for supposedly inching society closer to total robot domination. But almost no one asked the more immediate question: What does this do to fraud? AI agents already automate account takeovers, card testing, fake identity creation, refund abuse. Until now, they hit friction at multiple choke points, like CAPTCHAs, in-store pickup, returns, identity checks. Anything that still required a real human. Services like RentAHuman remove that bottleneck. When an agent gets blocked, it can now escalate to on-demand human labor at scale. Instantly. Cheaply. Globally. That’s not robot domination. That’s a next-generation botnet: Agents for scale and humans for “trust.” With full AI coordination (maybe AI is just the middlemen. Fraud no longer needs large organized rings. AI + gig labor democratizes it. This isn’t hypothetical. We’re already seeing fraud rings combine AI automation with human mule networks and synthetic identity evidence planting. The direction is clear, the attack infrastructure is becoming hybrid.

דברים טובים קורים ב-Agentic Commerce. חברות כמו @Google ו-@ForterGlobal מסכימות על סטנדרטים שמעצבים את העולם החדש. והפרוטוקולים האלה, נכתבו אחרי המון chargebacks והרבה fraud בעולם הישן. הפרוטוקול של גוגל, שפורטר עזרה לשפר, מחליף API רגיל של בקשה<>תשובה בסוג של חוזה. כל אחד מהצדדים (קונה, סוכן, ארנק, סוחר, מנפיק) מצופה להוסיף מידע לחוזה הזה והוא חתום קריפטוגרפית. אם יש dispute, פותחים את החוזה הזה ומנסים לגשר על הפערים, וגם להטיל אחריות: cloud.google.com/blog/products/… הפרוטוקול של פורטר, הוא transport layer לזה של גוגל. ניתן להשתמש בו כבר היום להעביר מידע בין צדדים לא קשורים, וגם מידע שהוא לא רק סחר: forter.com/blog/trusted-a… סחר אוטונומי מציב הרבה שאלות ויש לו מורכבות חדשה - של הבנת רצון המשתמש. הסוכן מעביר את הרצון הזה לסוחר, שיכול להפעיל את האינטרפרטציה בעצמו (הקונה ביקש ״כרטיס ליד הבמה״ - אתן לו את שורה 5), או לבקש להחזיר את הקונה לתהליך. כל החזרה כזו תפגע באחוז המרה, אבל תקטין את הסיכוי ל-dispute. עוד מורכבות היא בכרטיס האשראי. תקן PCI הומצא כדי להעביר מספרי אשראי מלאים בצורה מאובטחת. תקן 3DS הומצא כדי להוסיף וידוא חזק על עסקאות מסוימות. התקנים האלה מאבדים רלוונטיות כשהכרטיס לא עובר ישירות לסוחר וכשהמשתמש בכלל לא בתהליך כדי לענות למסרון. להסבר ממצה על סחר בעולם של צ׳אטים אפשר להאזין לפרק 23 בפודקאסט שלי: podcast.lugassy.net/episodes/%D7%A…

שלושה טיעונים שונים כ״נגד״ העתיד הזה (למרות אהבתי לבליידראנר). 1. אני חושב שתיווצר תופעה הפוכה - במצב שבו רובוט אנושי אפקטיבי כמו שתארת יעלה $3000 סביר מאוד שלבני אדם יהיה הרבה יותר זמן פנוי מה שדווקא יעודד יותר קשר בין אנשים. במיוחד אם תחבר לזה שיהיה הרבה יותר קל להתנייד. תחשוב כמה אנשים משקיעים היום במערכות יחסים שהן פחות מאידאליות מבחינת התנהגות בגלל פקטורים אחרים שרובוטים לא יוכלו להחליף (לפחות כל עוד אנשים ידעו להבחין בין מי אנושי ומי לא. מי משפחה וכו.). 2. המצב של אנשים מבוגרים מאוד (במיוחד לאור עליה צפויה בתוחלת החיים) כמו שתיארת נראה לי עדיף בהרבה מלהיות בודד בבית אבות. אז זה לא נראה לי דיסטופי. במיוחד שכמו 1. לאור הזמן הפנוי של הילדים והקלות להתנייד הם כנראה יבקרו את אבא שלהם יותר. 3. אני חושש שהרבה לפני שהעלות האזרחית תרד ל$3000 האפקטיביות הצבאית תוביל לשינוי מוחלט של החברה ולא בטוח באיזה מצב נסיים.

If you're an Israeli founder, early on your path, eager to build something amazing and prove everybody else wrong, now @BPoalim and @calcalist are making it easier for you to meet founders that ran in your shoes and survived to talk about it. That way you can hear about all the mistakes we've made so you can find your own new mistakes, like a true trailblazer. On a more serious note, the rapidly expanding ecosystem in Israel is built on generations of founders learning from each other and helping each other build incredible things against all odds and I can't wait for the conversations. They also promised great coffee! P.S.
