10 years ago the most legendary esports studio of all time closed. New OGN location (while it lasted) was nice, but you can never beat the magic that the Yongsan iPark Mall studio had.

@TBFUnreality I went out of my way to get a Pelipper the Treasured Memory for my first worlds because of how much of my early journey was with that guy. Genuinely wouldn’t think about that Pokémon once before VGC

this always gets me. when i use a pokemon competitively and it clicks/feels fun, maybe i even travel to a tournament and use it there, how can i not count that pokemon as one of my favorites?
+if you compete for a while each pokemon becomes a memory of a different place and time

I understand the perspective of trying to use your favourite Pokemon when it comes to competitive battles. BUT in the opposite way, using competitively good Pokemon has actually introduced me to a ton of new favourites I wouldn’t have cared for much otherwise.

The VGC players "banning" strategies

Bro VGC and FGC are so funny man. Fighting game players will argue no character should be banned because there’s always a way to beat someone. While on the other hand, pokemon players ban whole strategies for the sake of the game🤣😭 Love this this
