@RemiThePhoenix Congrats. Mine was the biggest fear that if I ended up in emergency surgery and was in a narcotic I would be hooked right away and all that hard work would be for nothing. Well I had that surgery. My appendix was about to burst and I had no cravings for narcotics at all after.

@RemiThePhoenix Proud of your strength. I have watched my siblings battle it. God bless . Hope you have a support system. I have a few stories on my battle with those in my family. Some Gordon's and bad with my oldest brother whi I'd now 77 years old. I am 74 . Big brother. Oh no . Not today.

@RemiThePhoenix The spiritual struggle has been the toughest. The devil will continue to look for other sins and distractions to put in your way even though you stay sober. 20 years on March 6th. Don't look back brother

@RemiThePhoenix I’m on day 110 and I’m loving it. I’m clean, I’m organized, I’m making plans and getting things done. I’m finding my true potential and it is 100x better than a drink. I can’t wait to hit the one year mark.

@RemiThePhoenix Congratulations on successfully freeing yourself from the control of alcohol 🥳
I believe this requires appropriately declining some invitations from friends. My friend once considered giving up drinking, but he was always forcibly taken out for drinks by his mates 😂
