@WMuntaser58538 That sounds frustrating, and we want to sort it out. Remitly shows the full fee and exchange rate in your transfer summary before you confirm, but if you paid by credit card, your bank may have added a cash advance fee on their end. DM us your details and we'll take a look.

@remitly There is a hidden fee that they will not write at checkoout page and will charge u, for my Apple Pay was saying an amount and the deduction was higher amount from bank
