Moroccans are a different breed of people. I made mates with one in Ibiza.
It took me a while to trust him, but he was sound. I first met him when I accused him of robbing my sunglasses. He heard my accent and knew all about Scousers. Id see him about and he’d always shout me and take the piss about the sunglasses in a Scouse accent. He was funny and we ended up becoming mates.
One evening at Mambos, we were watching the sunset. Hundreds of tourists were on the ledge, and he pointed out people he knew, sat on the wall behind them watching the tourists instead of the sunset, waiting for a chance to rob phones and handbags. That was their graft out there, robbing people.
Crime out there was mostly drug dealing, but he told me about all sorts of side schemes they did. I knew a lad who had a Rolex ripped straight off his wrist in broad daylight by them.
I found them to be very dark and moody people but he was different. He was a good laugh. He said the Spanish Moroccans that were born on the island are worse. There is a big Moroccan community on the island you see.
He said they set people up with the Guardia Civil and police. In the winter the population of the island massively reduced to mostly the natives. They train in the same gyms as the police out there. They get chatting in the saunas and steam rooms. They start doing grubby deals to set the English up. Sell them drugs all summer and then hit them at the end of the season. He told me all kinds of things.
He told me this one story about crawling onto hotel balconies and robbing tourists while they slept. Tip toeing around as they slept robbing money and watches.
It put me off him. I kept my distance after that, I couldn’t trust him.
Not all cultures are the same, I can’t say they all did this. But it was a common thing from them. They were very different to the English.
That Spanish territory in Morocco is Europe and they can claim asylum, and what’s happening there won’t stay in Spain. It will end here. Neither Liverpool or anywhere else in Europe deserves it.

This Canadian girl just said what millions are thinking but are too afraid to say out loud.
“Can somebody please tell me how we’re still calling Canada a free country?”
Then she laid out the receipts:
- We can’t access certain news channels without the government or platforms getting in the way.
- We can’t even pray in peace without someone trying to shut it down.
- Don’t fill out the census? Get fined.
- Someone breaks into your house? You can’t defend yourself properly — you can’t even hurt them without risking jail.
- We can’t own guns to protect our families.
- The government now decides what your kids can see on social media — not you.
- And we don’t even get to decide what goes into our own bodies… or our babies’.
This isn’t freedom.
This is a managed population.
Year after year, the Liberals chipped away at it — one “reasonable” restriction at a time — until regular Canadians started asking the question this woman is asking.
Mark Carney and the people running this country didn’t inherit a free nation.
They inherited one they could control.
And they’ve been very busy.
If this still feels like “Canada” to you, you’re either not paying attention… or you’re part of the problem.

Poca gente sabe esto, pero Danny DeVito y su compañera Rhea Perlman compraron los derechos de la película “Matilda” en 1994.
Pues bien, resulta que durante la 1ª semana de rodaje de la película, la madre de la actriz Mara Wilson, la niña que encarnó a Matilda, Suzie, enfermó de cáncer.
Danny y Rhea cuidaron de la niña, mientras su madre estaba hospitalizada, como sus verdaderos padres, preocupándose por la atención y necesidades de Mara, así como llevarla al Hospital a visitar a su madre.
Desgraciadamente, ella falleció antes de que la película llegara a estrenarse en cines, pero algo maravilloso ocurrió.
Años después, en un precioso acto de bondad, se supo que Danny con una copia en VHS, aún no terminada de toda la película, se la llevó a la mamá de Mara para que pudiera verla en el hospital. Y no solo eso. Trás la muerte de ella, cuidaron de Mara siempre, porque no le faltara de nada.
El ser humano es maravilloso por cosas así❤️
