The call to repeal of Art.4 1(c) came about as a result of what happened to my son. I fought everyone to ensure that they took the wording seriously as that was the defence used to abstain all fault on the individuals who caused life long harm to my son. I made promise.

461 'documented' cases of restraint that were not publicly reported as agreed but had to be acquired under FOI from the NCSE. 461 children in 5 months who were so overwhelmed, or under supported in a system, that their nervous system went into fight or flight. A system that wasn't enabling them to remain regulated or helping them through coregulation. So that behaviour is responded through via restraint. Sickening
