It’s time 💙⚽️ Proverbs 18:16 A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. My Dad used to say to me ‘The highest honour is to serve others, to lead is to serve.’ Before I touch on my journey I’d like to thank everyone I've come across through the sport for giving me the opportunity to serve. It’s been truly an honour to play the sport I love. It’s an experience you can't put into words. I love that the game tests your character. The highs, the lows, the lessons and the challenges shape you. You understand at times the storms necessary. This month was the first time I looked back at my journey. The loan window stood out for me. I’ve had a unique career where I've experienced going on loan 12 times. Learning the culture and philosophy of each club, building relationships whilst adapting to new environments. When you understand the difficulty it’s important to take up that responsibility for others. The game taught me so much. I want to thank everyone who has played a part in my career; family, friends, players, coaches, managers, clubs and the fans. You gave me everything. As I step into my new role @motherwellfc as a first team coach, I am excited to give back to the game that has given me so much. See you soon The Well🧡

We are devastated to hear the news of the passing of Mr Dai Phillips. A giant of a personality in the town having taught in the local high school for decades. Dai is also a big part of the history of the Daffs, part of the veterans set up and a dear friend to everyone

Last night we said goodbye to the most kind and loving husband and father. Mick died peacefully at home as he wished, surrounded by his family. We are incredibly proud of the strength he showed throughout his illness, our lives will never be the same again. We are heartbroken.
