Shipped a tiny feature this morning: if your email subject contains an emoji, it becomes the Notion page icon. Perfect for 1-email journaling 🙂 😕 😭 → instant mood tracker. From inbox to block, zero friction.

@NixisWorld Not really another app, just your email client you already use daily. Forward a mail to quickly create a task in Notion, send a quick mail on the go, etc. Once tested, you cannot stop using it 😝

One click. That’s it. You generate your Inblox address → click “Add to contacts” → done. No copy/paste. No setup. No “wait where did I save that email again?” Very Notion-coded. I’m slowly realizing: good products feel like they remove steps you didn’t question anymore.

Weirder… the behaviour is not the same on mobile. On a locked page you can click a button in the iOS Notion app. @NotionHQ it looks like a bug, does it?

@NotionHQ can you explain why in a locked page we can click a button, but we cannot click a button in a database ? doesn't make sense🫠

La majorité des entreprises ont moins de 10 salariés et ne sont donc pas concernés par ce genre de choses ...
