A huge congratulations to Penn State Faculty Alliance on their successful union election! Representing over 5,000 workers, they are now the largest public sector union in Pennsylvania - this is a historic win!

I'm happy to be welcomed to City Hall tomorrow to speak at this hearing about energy affordability - a topic I've been focused on as Chair of the House Energy Committee. We have real solutions at the city and state level to bring costs down and protect working families.

@AFTPA @CCPedu As Director of Business and Operations at the Carlisle School District, Mike Statler knows firsthandthe district’s investment in solar has led to longterm savings. He was happy to share that installation at their elementary school is projected to be complete by the end of 2026.

Solar for Schools is a testament to what's possible in divisive times. An incredible coalition of building trades, environmental groups, teachers' unions, and more helped get S4S across the line. The program saves money, creates jobs, and gets more power on the grid in Pa.

Yesterday, I spoke to the House Finance Committee about the Digital Ads Tax bill I cosponsored with @RepAbney and @RepInglis, which could bring in an additional $500 million in annual revenue to PA - without raising taxes by a penny on everyday households.penncapital-star.com/uncategorized/…

Ads pop up on our screens almost anytime we use the internet. But did you know that the revenue generated by selling these ads isn't taxed?
