I am proud to announce that 2 grants have been awarded to our district! The CCIU will receive $500,000 to go towards a new, specialized campus to accommodate students with disabilities. Additionally, the West Whiteland Twp. Works Facility has received $800,000 for construction.

Pennsylvania is the only state in recent years to enforce filial responsibility laws requiring children of patients to pay for long-term care. My legislation would clarify the financial responsibility for family members, ultimately providing transparency to all sides.

This Climate Action Week, we continue to stress the importance of combating climate change. I have my own bills to penalize polluters and require infrastructure for EV's in new construction, and on the broader ecological issue, to protect bats and prevent habitat destruction.
