Excited to see the House unanimously pass the HEAR Act, legislation I helped lead and pass unanimously in the Senate. The legislation now heads to the President’s desk, and upon his signature, a long-overdue victory for the families of Holocaust victims will finally be delivered.

Today, I will oversee the debate and vote of my bill, the HEAR Act. 80+ years after the Holocaust, survivors and their families are still fighting to reclaim art stolen by the Nazis. The HEAR Act of 2025 extends & strengthens the law so claims are judged on merit—not time bars or technicalities. Justice delayed is justice denied.
