Congratulations to Allison Tan, PA-05's 2025 Congressional App Challenge winner!
After volunteering in a hospital ER and meeting with overdose patients who had difficulty filling their prescriptions for buprenorphine, a life-saving medication for opioid use disorder, Allison developed OpiWarrior.
Her app helps people quickly find nearby pharmacies in Philadelphia that stock their medicine.

From the jump, it was clear that the indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center was part of the Trump administration's weaponization of the federal government to silence and intimidate those who oppose its corrupt and antidemocratic agenda.

Yesterday, the House passed an amendment to the Farm Bill that would allow hot rotisserie chickens to be covered by SNAP, but it doesn't go far enough.
We need to pass @RepGraceMeng's Hot Foods Act, so Americans on SNAP can have access to more hot foods!

So far today: - House has rule on the floor for FISA, budget resolution and farm bill. - House passes rule by saying they wont bring up the farm bill because it needs more work. - House leadership says they will bring up the farm bill because people want it. But E15 needs more work. - Midwesterners say they need E15 vote.

Omg. After GOP leaders passed the mega-rule after flipping GOP rebels, Rep. Zach Nunn (R-Iowa) YELLED at Johnson on the floor: "Hey, Mr. Speaker, can we have a conversation?" Rep. Anna Paulina Luna yelled up to reporters in the press gallery that she got the farm bill without the pesticide provision (she secured an amendment vote), and Nunn did not want that. Nunn and Johnson went into the cloakroom.
