It was a privilege delivering the opening remarks at the 5th annual K. Leroy Irvis Day of Action. Today and everyday, we highlight the contributions of Black lawmakers and advocates across the state.

Philadelphia has demonstrated the effectiveness of speed cameras on Roosevelt Boulevard and Broad Street. It’s time we made them available to the rest of the Commonwealth. The data is clear: speed cameras make streets safer for everyone.
