I’m grateful to NYCPG for inviting me to speak today, and I’m proud to renew my commitment to reining in the out-of-control gambling industry and ensuring that all those impacted by problem gambling get the support they need.

Today, I addressed the annual conference of the New York Council on Problem Gambling to discuss my SAFE Bet Act and our overall efforts to raise awareness of the harms caused by problem gambling and provide resources to those most affected by this growing public health crisis.
