Thank you to everyone in NY 23 for allowing me to be your voice in Washington. It has been the honor of a lifetime to be your Representative.

For my last official event as Congressman, I was happy to attend the swearing-in of the newest Erwin Town Board Councilman and my Communications Director, Frank Acomb. Good luck, Frank, in your new role!

Wishing you a very Happy New Year! I hope 2023 brings you and your loved ones joy, peace, and happiness.

I appreciated the updates on the Yates County Broadband Project. This is an important project for our area, and I am glad to have had the opportunity to discuss it with those working on the project.

I voted no on the omnibus, as it not only hurts the 23rd, it hurts our nation. This outrageous spending will cause short and long term damage to America. A secretive, fiscally irresponsible bill, thousands of pages long, rammed through Congress is Washington politics at its worst

My office was proud to participate in the Wreath Laying Ceremony at Lakeview Cemetery in Jamestown. Wreaths Across America is an amazing and inspirational organization. I thank them for all that they do to honor our fallen veterans.

Congratulations to Erica Dix and Chris Laury on their beautiful new, full-service gym, “Anatomy Warehouse,” in Jamestown. My office was happy to attend the ribbon cutting, and we all wish you the best!

Congratulations to The Bemus Point Inn Restaurant on their grand re-opening and to Laurie Miller on her new business “Buns on the Run.” The Bemus Point Inn Restaurant has been a staple of the community for decades. We were glad to attend and see the amazing new renovations.

Our office was proud to attend the very special event to honor Army First Class Private Thomas A. Tedesco and thank him for his service during WWII. It was touching that his family flew in from all over the country to surprise him. We were honored to be a part of the celebration.

Thank you to the Dunkirk high school teachers and students for letting me speak to your class. I enjoyed our time together having these important and informative discussions.

My office was proud to attend the ribbon cutting for The Hearing Place in Jamestown. Thank you for your passion in restoring hearing loss for the members of our community and all that you do to help those in need. You are a valuable part of our small business community.

Thank you to the Salvation Army for the amazing work you do for our community. You always live up to your motto of " doing the most good!"

Passing this bill that protects and uplifts Americans with disabilities is one of my proudest achievements during my time in Congress.(3/3)

I was honored to lead on the bipartisan, fiscally responsible 21st Century Assistive Technology Act along with Congressman DeSaulnier (D-CA) because I saw what tremendous things it could do for those living with disabilities. (2/3)

Today the 21st Century Assistive Technology Act was passed by the House. I am so proud of what we were able to accomplish in a few short months. (1/3)

Let's all take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices and bravery of our past and present service members. We can never thank them enough for the freedoms we enjoy today. (2/2)

Today, on National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, we honor the memories of those we lost on that horrific day in 1941. They will forever be in our hearts. (1/2)

Our office was honored to participate in the ribbon cutting for the expansion and new storefront at Goldsworthy Alterations & Design in Fredonia. Congratulations to Chelsea Eck and her terrific staff! I wish you the best of luck, and continued success.

I had a great time visiting with students at Randolph Junior/Senior High School. I always appreciate conversations like these to find out what issues are most important to our students.
