When are more sports specialists going to start approaching ACL injury prevention differently and ask the question, what else can we be doing?! Programs are in place but the injuries keep coming….. it doesn’t have to be this way 🥺👣

ACL reconstruction rehabilitation is not all about quad activation, squats and lunges. Full body movement, knee rom and loading patterns in gait must be addressed initially for the most effective recovery and to avoid the two steps forward one step back situation #ACL2021
