CS Rep Diaries 😭 (Day 2) Customer: Hi, I’ve been charged twice. Me: I’m so sorry about that, let me check for you. checks account Me: I can see two charges, but one is still pending and will reverse automatically. Customer: No, I want my money now. Me: I understand, but it’ll drop off shortly… Customer: So you’re telling me to wait?? Me: Just a little while, yes. Customer: This is why I hate this company. Me (still calm somehow): I completely understand your frustration… Customer: Okay but can you hurry it up? Me: …it’s literally pending 😭 Some days you’re not solving problems… you’re just absorbing stress Have you ever dealt with something like this before? 😭

@elonmusk Tesla will continue to improve. It will eventually hit the point where it will save 99% of the lives that could have been lost in an accident. We are going to live in a better future with fewer fatalities. Insurance premiums will also come down significantly.





Tesla FSD just saved two lives on the highway. A man walked straight into traffic in heavy fog/rain at 65+ mph. The Model 3 spotted him and swerved safely. Could’ve been fatal for both the pedestrian and my cousin driving. Insane reaction time. Grateful for @elonmusk @Tesla
