Illinois State Police, Cook County State’s Attorney, Cook County Sheriff, and Chicago Police Department — we’re still waiting.

That is not due process. It is cruelty by design.

This investigation is an important step, but justice cannot stop here. No one is above the law—not ICE, not DHS, not anyone. Lawbreakers must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Justice for Silverio and his family is long overdue.
