Raffensperger in news conference: Trump has an “insurmountable lead” in Georgia. “…it looks like this is pretty much done…I think the results are pretty well baked in based on where the leads are right now” NOTE: NBC News is still characterizing Georgia as too close to call.

NEW: Raffensperger’s office tells me they expect the vast majority of Georgia votes to be uploaded by midnight.
