May is the start of exam month. Good luck to all our swimmers with SATS, GCSEs A levels and anything else coming up. Remember to revise, rest and swim if you can. Getting some pool training helps your brain retain all the learning and improves sleep.

No training tonight as the pool is closed. Enjoy the bank holiday weekend.

Good luck to all our swimmers heading to Wrexham for the gala tomorrow. For those not at the gala, training is on as usual from 2.30pm-4pm

Remember no training this weekend due to the centre closing for bank holidays and Sunday being Easter. See you back next Tue for A&B squad and following Friday for everyone else

If anyone is attending training tonight please allow extra time for your journey as the traffic is bad near Brookvale. Please ensure you are back promptly for 9pm to ensure our coaches can leave on time.
