Building habits starts again in 12 hours. 1st practice of the season 7-9am. Let’s go to the pool!

Boy’s Swim and Dive is starting August 7th. Swim will be at the Nat from 7-9am the first week. Dive will be at Drury from 11am-1pm. See calendar link for the first 3 weeks. Excited to get the 2023-24 season started. calendar.google.com/calendar/embed…

Happy 4th! “Water Fireworks” from the end of practice this morning.

No swim Tuesday morning. The pool had to be shocked this evening and chemical levels will not be down to safe levels until tomorrow afternoon. See you Wednesday.

Summer Swim starts in the morning. 6:30-8am. Southern Hills Pool. Dryland first 15 minutes. Wear running shoes. Then we swim until 8am.

Girls Swim starts practice today at 6:30pm. See you at the Nat.

Brady Lewis takes 16th at STATE in the 100 Butterfly! Earns All-State Honorable Mention from the Missouri Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association. Way to go Brady!

MSHSAA Class 1 State Swimming Championships started today. Brady Lewis knocks a full second off his 100 Butterfly to take 10th and qualify for the Consolation Finals tomorrow.

Brady Lewis back on the podium with a Season Best time and 3rd place finish in the 100 Back!

COC Championships in Webb City today. That’s Brady Lewis on top of the podium in the 100 Butterfly. Sets new COC Record in the process. GO Tigers!

Lifeguarding jobs are out there for those interested. I have heard from the following recently. Greene County Park Board Twin Oaks Southern Hills Villages at Wicklow Google them to find applications. Most pools are hiring right now.

Karissa Metzger closes her high school swimming career with a 4th place finish in the 100 Breast at the MSHSAA Class 1 State Championships. This earns her All-State honors!

MSHSAA Class 1 State Championships this morning. Karissa Metzger wins the Consolation Finals in the 200 IM to take 9th overall. She improved from the 12 seed she earned yesterday by splitting each stroke faster today. Karissa has earned All-State Honorable Mention.

In the 200 IM Karissa has qualified 12th for a swim in Consolation Finals tomorrow. In the 100 Breast she has qualified 3rd for a swim in the Championship Finals tomorrow. Racing starts at 10:00am.
