here's a story anybody who feels like giving up on life please don't ever give up and keep fighting here the rest of the story In early 2022, I found myself hospitalized due to a suicide attempt involving pills which was a over dose. I was battling severe depression and believed that I had nothing to contribute to this world, feeling like a waste of life. Lying in that hospital bed, I thought it was the end of my story, an unbearable torment exacerbated by the side effects of overdosing also pain once struggled with accepting my autism, wishing I could be "normal." Sensory overload and anxiety weighed heavily on me, fostering insecurity. But things have changed. Iam becoming more positively about my self, caring less about others' opinions and fully embracing who I am.If you're currently facing the depths of despair, battling depression, anxiety, or any monumental challenges, please remember to hold on. Never underestimate your strength, and don't be afraid to express your emotions and stand up for what you believe in. Never give up "If it weren't for my role models in life—Shane Williams, Richie McCaw, Ron Paul, Robin Williams, Sam Warburton ,@theashtonblaise and a few others—these people who showed me to never give up. I don't think I would be alive today, and I'm so grateful for that. If any of you guys feel like giving up on life, always remember to stay strong and keep going. There will always be a light at the end of the tunnel. I know depression can be hard. I know there are days when you just want to give up and die, but in the long run, it's for the best. When you reach that moment of glory, you feel a joy of satisfaction, and it's worth waiting for. So please never give up, keep going, and stay strong. Guys, never be afraid to share how you feel and never be afraid to seek help if you're suffering from depression and need to speak to someone. It's not cowardly to tell people how you feel or whatever struggles you're going through. You deserve to be heard and respected, and life is for living.
