Anyone who hates modern game remakes hasn’t actually played a game like KOTOR 2 where it’s a great game being held back in so many ways. Unmodded it feels like a game that doesn’t want to be played

Smartphones and reduced socialisation a big reason for this I believe
Kids are now glued to devices and it results in increased isolation, followed by lower alcohol consumption
Alcohol was always consumed out and about at parties, gatherings etc so once kids stop going to those, the drinking will go down
I’m not saying that people should drink more - but it’s clear smartphones and screens are the new drug of choice
