@matey_sb Hey Matey! To reset the HomeKit on the actual thermostat, follow these steps: Hold down Menu, use the arrows go to reset, select Homekit, and press yes. Then try the Homekit registration. @ResideoPro Joey, Can you PLEASE make heads or tails of this ongoing problem, I have contacted resdieo repeatedly. Why do I have to re-register a thermostat that's already registered? Loos power and needs to re-register each time, I have no control over it HELP !

@ResideoPro Why won't ANYONE reply to emails on issues I am having with YOUR THERMOSTAT? YEP ITS URS CAUSE I CANT CONTROL IT WHAT SAY YOU? why does a thermo that's ALREADY REGISTERED ON YOUR SYSTEM NEED RE REGISTERED? makes no sense, stupid repetitive nonsensical design.

@ResideoPro Thanks - working now. Another query: the thermostat is reading 2.5 degrees hotter than it actually is (compared with 4 other thermometers in the room). Can it be re-calibrated or do you have to replace it? Thanks.

@ResideoPro Thanks. That worked fine. Now I think I need to do a deep factory reset as I can't seem to pair it via WiFi. Maybe the landlord has 'locked' it some way or must approve new phones which want access.
