@ResortPass I requested a refund for my Ritz-Carlton booking (ID: 47809149) while the location was under active thunderstorm +lightning warnings; conditions that meet your own “severe weather” policy. Requests sent 8:35 am+ 12:16 pm, denied hours later. Why not honor your policy?

So today we went to Hilton Head and rented a cabana at a resort through @ResortPass. Highly recommend that service. But my recent ankle reinjury made going to the beach unlikely. I can’t walk through the sand and I’m absolutely terrified of twisting it again. But the lovely staff
