@volotea pour proposer de renouveler l'abonnement on en reçoit des mails !!! Par contre je n'ai jamais reçu la moindre solution pour mon bon d'achat de 40€ généreusement offert mais qui se transforme en réalité à 6,50€ et valable jusqu'en mars 2026 quand il n'y a pas de vols..

@volotea Estafa. Al comprar un vuelo, incluí la supuesta suscripción de prueba de 15 días Megavoletea (cobraron 159,99 € al instante y la renovación sería automática al final del trial).Al darme de baja parece que no devuelven nada 😤✈️ #PublicidadEngañosa

@volotea Me acabo de sentir engañado por no decir estafado, con billete con equipaje, me acaban de hacer pagar 30€ extras Primera vez y última a poder ser con @volotea y no la aconsejaré, advertiré de lo que puede pasarte, sentirte engañado como mínimo

@volotea Bonjour, mon abonnement Volotea Plus est valable jusqu’au 01/01/2026, pourtant il apparaît comme expiré. Actif à l’aller, pas au retour alors que je suis en voyage jusqu’au 30/12. Pouvez-vous vérifier svp ?

@volotea c’est inadmissible. À 16h30, vous nous annoncez que le vol prévu ce matin est annulé, puis remplacé par un vol ce soir à destination de Toulouse au lieu de Rodez, avec à l’arrivée un transfert en autocar entre Toulouse et Rodez. Et finalement c’est annulé?!?!
