New Nordic cuisine and smørrebrød can be found in abundance in Copenhagen. Still, @RestaurantBarr sets itself apart from the rest with modern variations of classics like herring and frikadelle but also schnitzel. Right now, lumpfish roe - the gold of the North - is in season 🍺🐟
