Mango Coconut Pudding Ingredients (Serves 4–5) 2 cups ripe mango flesh (about 2 large mangoes) 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creamier texture) ½ cup milk or evaporated milk ⅓–½ cup sugar (adjust to taste) 2½ tsp unflavored gelatin powder 3 tbsp cold water (to bloom gelatin) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Toppings (optional): Fresh mango cubes Coconut flakes Mint leaves Instructions Blend the mango Puree mango flesh until completely smooth. Bloom the gelatin In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water Let sit 5 minutes until it swells Heat the base In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, milk, and sugar Heat gently (don’t boil), stirring until sugar dissolves Dissolve gelatin Add bloomed gelatin into the warm mixture Stir until fully dissolved and smooth Combine everything Remove from heat Stir in mango puree and vanilla Mix well until silky Strain (optional but recommended) Strain for ultra-smooth texture Set the pudding Pour into molds or bowls Refrigerate 4+ hours until firm Serve Unmold onto a plate Top with mango cubes, coconut flakes, and mint Drizzle extra mango puree for that glossy finish ✨

Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Add beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and stir until well coated with the creamy sauce. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Sear the Beef: Toss the beef stew meat into the pot, seasoning generously with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brown the beef on all sides for 3-5 minutes. Add Broth and Soup: Stir in the French onion soup and beef broth. Let it come to a simmer, then cook the beef for 10 minutes over low heat. Cook the Pasta: Add egg noodles and continue simmering for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the noodles are soft. Korean Beef Bulgogi Ingredients: 1.5 pounds thinly sliced ribeye steak 1 pear, grated 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon grated ginger 2 tablespoons chopped green onions 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 1 medium onion, sliced 2 carrots, julienned Directions: In a large bowl, combine the grated pear, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, green onions, and black pepper to create the marinade. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the marinade and ensure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, until nicely browned and slightly charred. In the last minute of cooking, add the sliced onions and julienned carrots, and stir-fry with the beef. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions.

Crock Pot Bang Bang Chicken recipe: Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cut into chunks) 1 onion, diced 6 garlic cloves, minced Salt and pepper to taste 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk (shaken) 1 ½ cups sweet Thai chili sauce ½ cup soy sauce 3 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish) Optional: cooked rice, sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, lemon wedges, extra sriracha Instructions: Add chicken, diced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, mix ½ cup of the cooking liquid with cornstarch and return it to the slow cooker. Turn to high for the sauce to thicken. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce. Stir in fresh cilantro. Serve over rice with optional garnishes like sesame seeds, peanuts, and lemon wedges
