4/ Banishment is not how we should treat formerly incarcerated individuals. The Constitution requires that people convicted of sexual offenses are not subjected to unnecessary and vague restrictions that curb their ability to reintegrate into society. Our statement:



This week we were at Cardozo Law School talking about building a human justice movement without exclusions, led by 9 formerly incarcerated leaders who served 268 years. All do incredible work improving safety. All were excluded from NY's Clean Slate & many other reforms. (1/x)
