In light of yesterday’s disgraceful attack on Churchill’s statue and recent arson attacks on our churches we wanted to remind ourselves what we’re fighting to preserve, starting right here in Doncaster.
This is Doncaster Minster (St George’s Church).
Built on Roman foundations, rebuilt after the great fire of 1853, and still standing as proof of centuries of faith, craftsmanship and community.
Those stones carry our history: resilience, beauty, and the values that shaped Britain across centuries.
We have a remarkable heritage - Christian roots, family traditions, world-class landscapes and literature, and a spirit worth defending fiercely.
Sadly, today we live in very different times. Many amongst us want to destroy our heritage. We can’t let that happen. Let’s protect what makes Britain Britain - For our children. For the generations who fought for our future. And for who we are today.
That’s exactly what Restore Britain stands for - Championing our heritage and fighting to keep it alive. Patriots across the nation are uniting. 🫡
Which parts of our heritage mean the most to you? 🇬🇧
#RestoreBritain
