Great work @_HenryBolton and the @RestoreBritain team!
Rupert Lowe MP@RupertLowe10

Introducing our latest policy paper - Impartial Service to the Law: Restoring British Policing. Authored by our national security spokesman, @_HenryBolton, who himself has extensive experience in the police as an officer on the frontline. The paper argues that the problems facing British policing are not a matter of funding or numbers but of structure, culture, and principle. It sets out a programme of legislative and institutional reform designed to restore public trust, remove political interference, and return impartial policing to every community in Britain. Central to the plan is a Police Restoration Act, which would restore the Office of Constable, reinstating the independent legal status of police officers and removing the political and ideological influences introduced by the Police Reform Act 2002. The paper argues that this Act was the turning point that allowed external bodies, political pressure, and ideological doctrine to infiltrate policing and erode public confidence. A properly detailed and comprehensive plan to restore British policing. This is what we need. Not empty rhetoric, but a plan. Restore Britain has delivered that plan. assets.nationbuilder.com/restorebritain…

I’m delighted to announce Henry Bolton OBE (@_HenryBolton) as Restore Britain’s spokesman on national security - Henry is responsible for developing and maintaining the framework that ensures the party’s policies are effective in preserving, protecting, securing and defending the United Kingdom, its people, the Overseas Territories, and British interests at home and abroad. That includes the defence of the United Kingdom’s sovereignty, territory, borders, economy, constitutional order, institutions, economic and social resilience, and freedom of action. The first part of that will be released this morning, through our paper on ‘Restoring British Policing’. Henry served as a regular Army soldier and reserve Army officer from 1979 to 2000, leaving as a company commander. In Bosnia, he commanded a NATO Strategic Human Intelligence Unit, directing intelligence operations and reporting to and advising the Commander of Allied Forces in Bosnia. He qualified as a French Army Commando, NATO Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol Instructor, Joint Forces Expedition Leader, instructor in Russian Tactical Doctrine, and Joint Military/Civilian Operations Planner. He also led the UK Reserve Forces Team in the International Command Skills Competition two years running. Internationally, Henry served as a United Nations District Administrator in Kosovo, Director of Field Operations for the international ceasefire observation mission in Macedonia, crisis management adviser to the Albanian Prime Minister, and led UK efforts to disrupt transnational organised crime in the Southern Balkans. He was Senior Border Security and Management Adviser to the Secretary General and 57 participating States of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, spent 27 months leading joint UK/US civil-military stabilisation teams in Musa Qala, northern Helmand, served as a chief planner for European Common Security and Defence Policy in Brussels, Libya and Ukraine, and led the European Union’s Crisis Response Team in Ukraine. Henry was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2013 for services to international security and stabilisation in Central Asia and Afghanistan. We are determined to put together a team of spokespeople who actually know what they are talking about on their brief. Not career politicians shuffled around like playing cards. Henry is a genuine world-class expert on national security. It's great to have him on the Restore Britain team.

I fully support the protestors at RAF Barnham, fighting plans to insert hundreds and hundreds of third world men into a sleepy corner of rural Norfolk/Suffolk. Local residents have every right to make their objections clear - peacefully, of course, but firmly and VERY loudly. Restore Britain will support them however we can, and I urge local members to get involved. Are local politicians surprised that residents don’t want these conmen and scumbags allowed to roam their community? Because I’m not. Let’s just tell the truth. Somalians. Eritreans. Sudanese. Young men who have broken into Britain, ILLEGALLY. Keep these men away from British women and children. We don’t want them in our country. We don’t want them in our county. They are criminals and should be treated as such. Securely detained, and then forcibly removed from Britain. The people of Thetford and the surrounding area deserve so much better. Restore Britain is on their side.

I want Restore Britain, the Tories, Reform, the Northern Irish and others to work together in Parliament to stop Labour’s new safe and legal routes importing endless third world conmen and scumbags. We must work together to stop it. That’s the only way.

One year ago today, we launched Restore Britain as a pressure group from a tiny office in Westminster. We all knew the potential, but if you had told us then that a year on we would be the fourth largest registered political party in the country by membership and punching well above our weight across all other metrics, we probably would have laughed you out of the room. Yet here we are. I want to thank all of you who have made this possible. Without our members and volunteers, we are nothing. Above all, I would like to thank @RupertLowe10 for being the only politician in Britain with the spine to stand up and speak the truth about what is happening to our country and what must be done to save it - and for giving me the opportunity to be a small part of that. It is the honour of my life to do this job, and there is no doubt in my mind that the restoration of Britain is within our grasp. Onwards.

Home Secretary @ShabanaMahmood will be granted the power to determine how much refugees must pay back for their housing and financial support. The amount can be adjusted to ensure fairness to taxpayers and that migrants aren't forced into destitution.

This is quite incredible bullshit from the BBC. I will go on any BBC show to discuss the rape gang inquiry report - they just refuse to cover it.

The BBC has issued an official explanation on why it has failed to cover our rape gang inquiry. 'Complex choices' are made for editorial and practical reasons. These choices 'should not be taken as indicative of bias.' Their words. But the BBC were very quick to cover malicious complaints against our inquiry, in an attempt to smear our efforts? They were then forced to later apologise about how they covered the story. So either the inquiry is worth reporting on, or it's not. They can't pick and choose. We're told 'complex choices' are made, meaning that efforts to uncover the industrial rape of young girls is not near the top of list. Let's take a look at a few stories on the main BBC news page, right now... 'Osaka pays 'love and respect to Japan' in Wimbledon kimono' 'Why £15 durians are being sold at half price - or given away for free' 'We had packed lunches every day for 10 years and retired at 40' Are these stories more important than the rape gang inquiry? I think not. You cannot hate the BBC enough. I expect no fair coverage from them, I've stopped expecting it. But the BBC is funded by the British people. Their continued suppression of our inquiry is a disgrace.

Reform want to open the files on the grooming gangs now that it’s election time in Manchester. They had the opportunity to hold an inquiry, gather the files, and publish them. They didn’t. Instead, they just slagged off the people who did and said it was a waste of time. Don’t ever trust them, they’re only interested in exposing the grooming gangs when they need your vote. Vote Restore Britain.

Reform UK is delighted to announce Sian Astley as our candidate for Mayor of Greater Manchester. Sian has pledged to scrutinise contracts previously awarded by Andy Burnham to firms during his time as Mayor. Greater Manchester is broken. Only Reform will fix it. ✅
