Our Liquidity & Transparency Update
The original dev accumulated 20%+ of supply and rugged. So we decided to launch a new coin and airdrop the 59% holders who still remained retarded believers.
At the time of his first sell at slot 422,809,841, roughly 59% of total supply was airdropped directly to holders. @sizeab1e stepped in with his own funds to make things whole and revive the token the right way (retard way)
Liquidity Pools
We have deployed two one-sided Meteora LP positions using tokens that were not part of the airdrop:
1.5% of supply — RETARD/USDC pool, range 80k–1.2M mcap. LP tokens locked. ( This will be unlocked and moved higher or used for exchange listings 3 months lock)
- 1% of supply — RETARD/USDC pool, range 1M–100M mcap. LP tokens permanently burned.
The 80k–1.2M position provides real floor support across our early growth range. The 1M–100M burn is our long term commitment to the goal that liquidity is gone forever and we cannot touch it.
Token Distribution
~0.5% or less estimated for small holders filtered from the initial airdrop snapshot. If you believe you were missed, reach out and we will make it right manually.
- 2% reserved for team incentives.
- Remaining team holdings are under 2% each, consistent with how the 2021 memecoin class operated.
There is no hidden supply, all supply sent from the dev wallet was tokens purchased by V1 holders.
Why it took time
The airdrop and launch took longer than expected. Purely because the team is extremely retarded (bullish). We were busy coordinating and doing retardplanning while the chart was doing its thing in the first 30 minutes. We didn't touch it.
Future Fees
All fees generated from Pump.fun and Meteora LP positions will be reinvested. Priority is adding single-sided USDC liquidity to the same ranges to continuously deepen our floor and work toward running to billions and liquidating hedge funds shorts against retardcoin.
Disclaimer: A portion of fees may be allocated toward running automated market making/volume bots (more details coming this week) and ethical marketing where applicable. A portion will also be used to accumulate tokens into a multisig wallet as reserve for any future exchange listing opportunities.
