@gretchemaben It really sucks the first few weeks, yeah. Def recommend some kind of pain management to allow for less muscle guarding. E-stim can be really nice for this phase of recovery too

Seriously every time I do PT it gets more painful. Is this normal!? I’m dreading doing it, and I’ve never been like this with any of my other injuries.
