my friend ALWAYS tries to split the bill unfairly. we ordered food, i got fries for 435, she ordered a whole MEAL for 2870. when the bill came she goes, “let’s just split it.” split?? equally?? i had fries. you had STEAK. i told her let’s just pay for what we each ordered. she sighed and said, “that’s so complicated yaar.” complicated?? it’s literally basic math. so i pulled out my phone and calculated exactly what i owed. suddenly she got upset and said i was being cheap. cheap?? i’m being fair. you’re the one trying to make me pay for half of your expensive meal. i paid my amount. exactly. since then she’s been acting cold and posting passive-aggressive stories like “some people are so calculative.” yes. i calculate. i unfollowed her. she noticed and texted me. i left her on read. friendship ended over accurate bill splitting. and honestly? i’m at peace. 😌

Just installed a solar light with motion-detecting sensors, on the side of the house. Got two of them pointed directly at the neighbor's bathroom and bedroom window, so when they decide to keep their eternally barking dog out at 2AM until 8AM, they will also be up, blinded by the same wattage as Richard Dreyfuss was by the big UFO from Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
