@swooper_d Maybe it doesn’t make sense but I swear the Saturn version “feels” better even with the visual concessions and that’s why I usually play that version PS1 version is still a classic though I have the tallbox!

Not much of a challenge with this RGH3.0 mod on a Trinity motherboard. I tried to make it look nice, but it's not easy with just 2 wires and a resistor 😅

@hitmanmcc @jeffqchen @Cruzlink2 There is an ODE kit on aliexpress that does allow that I just haven’t seen anyone vouch for it yet Comes with an internal switch which makes it kinda pointless but could easily wire switch up to the rear or exp port if the kit actually works honestly

@jeffqchen @Cruzlink2 😢 I had kind of hoped for a solution that didn't mean you had to toss the drive. Then again, I can see where you're coming from. I guess it makes more sense to make a design that accounts for that, for his version of it that let's you toggle between the drive and the ODE.

[Drive Door Holder for Panasonic 3DO FZ-1] My version of the solution that actually works with precision and easy to print. Door will sit flush with console facade and have equal gaps on side and the top. Link in reply🔗

@RetroJeff83 Yep, I think it's the preferred way to connect the SuperStation to a crt TV. Although any mister fpga vga to Scart cable should work just the same and those have been around for a long time

@RetroJeff83 @TheSocialGamer Thanks for the offer jeff. I just am a OCD type when comes to buying consoles anymore. I like the spare parts around, just in case. I cleaned the lens and the laser is pretty bright so I guessing my intial issues were just a cloudy lens from sitting. In a closet many years.

@MasterCWelch @TheSocialGamer I don’t know of specific places you can buy new replacement lasers but I probably have a spare full assembly if you need it I do a lot of the Neo SD loader installs and some opt to take out the drive and don’t want it

@TheSocialGamer @RetroJeff83 Ok well good to know. I guess im just preemptively prepping. Its working great since I cleaned the lens, I bought a cheap scart from oghugo and looks great.
