@ayceATH Giving yourself 2 years to drop 20 lbs is crazy work. You can literally do that in 60 days with a slight caloric deficit.

In Oct I was 265 lbs, today I’m a solid 190lbs. I was a fat ass. Dropped 65lbs in 6months. Still 30lbs overweight, got lots of work to do. Target weight is 170-165. Giving myself 1-2 years to hit 170-165 in a healthy manner. If achieved sooner, more power to me. Have a blessed weekend family

Given Ned’s character, power, support, courage and honor he was—in essence, the best person to sit on the Iron throne. Hence, why they killed him.
