Friday 4am. TBH the last 2 weeks have been tough. Lotta set backs. Few personal problems. Motivation non existent. Work boring. Daily BJJ training a pain in the ass. Routine a nuisance. I hit ruts all the time. So will you. The difference is most people quit. Give em a few bad weeks and they stop all the RAH RAH routine/entrepreneur/high energy goals n cave. Your routine and commitments mean nothing if you only do them when you feel good. They won't happen if you don't keep getting back up for YEARS. It's okay to be down. You'll likely be down more than up. When your down is when to support and double down on yourself even more. Pound it back with like and let's get to it gents.
