If you watch my videos you’ll see how complimentary I am of smaller clubs and their volunteers. I go out of my way to highlight their efforts and help clubs in their unique ways by advertising this to millions. I work tirelessly to promote our game in Non-League but feel there are certain aspects nobody wants to change which is stunting the growth of our game. Although I’ve probably worded it a bit extremely, my point is many of the older generation are holding Scottish football back. We need to do much more to modernise our game and make it attractive for the newer generation. Without the next generation our game will be nothing 👍🏻
