According to CBP, the buoys that were swept away were "under the responsibility of a contractor" and were "staged at nearby Shelby Park."
"These were not buoys that were already deployed and anchored in the river. CBP is working with its contractor to retrieve these buoys."

Sen. Mark Warner just told our @MSNow audience that everything Trump raised tonight had been examined by the Senate intel committee, which agreed on a bipartisan basis that the spy agencies were right when they said in 2020 that no foreign government changed any votes.

(R) @RepTimMooreNC and (D) Rep. @ValerieFoushee have introduced legislation aimed at holding FEMA accountable for case management staff turnover.
The bill requires a report on agency's rate and steps being taken to reduce it.
FEMA is currently not required to report on case management turnover, despite the lawmakers say with longstanding staffing shortage concerns.
