Getting scammed by @StarLadder_CS when they literally ignored Valves TOS update & sold the same tickets multiple times seems hard to believe. Sure, refund the tickets, but me missing my work obligations is something you can’t compensate. How do we go about this?

Starladder Budapest major ticketing situation is an absolute joke. I’ve turned up 1 hour 30 minutes before the grand finals and have been turned away from section 102 (I paid extra to have these seats) and told to go and sort it at the information desk, which has around 100 people crowding around probably in the same situation. No clue what the solution would be other than kicking everyone out their seats and checking their tickets individually 🤷‍♂️
