Tiny Naylor’s at La Brea & Sunset in 1983. Tiny Naylor's was a restaurant chain in So Cal owned by “Tiny” William Wallace. This particular location opened in 1949. Naylor hired architect Douglas Honnold to design this #Googie style eye-catching drive-in. Sadly, demolished in 1985. How I miss the days TN was open. My parents would take me here as a young kid. We’d pull in and order and eat in our car. I remember how cool it looked all lit up at night. So majestic. I was so depressed when it sat there empty before being torn down to become an El Polo Loco. Can you imagine if this existed today? I’d like to think a curbside classic #DriveIn would be super popular.

I can’t get over the fact that I have to come to Mexico to be able to watch the #FrankSinatra #DanBlocker film “Lady In Cement” on Disney+. It disappears from availability once I cross back to Canada. A shame, because Blocker is excellent in this non Bonanza performance.
