Let's talk about ZED! This post will detail all my thoughts and impressions on testing Zed with the current card pool and ban list in consideration This is the final build leading to the Day of Reckoning tomorrow. Just wanted to share my thoughts before things change 1/x

Hey Riftbounders! Wanted to give a heads-up on an upcoming Set 4 ban. With Chaos + Order possible now, Stealthy Pursuer from Origins enables a 3-card infinite. We’re not opposed to infinite combos by default - but after internal testing, this one warrants a proactive ban. 1/3

@50kJoey Fizz, hooking out or raw playing matron to replay fizz and re play a spell next set will be degen as f also the card has the Aurora problem now where any 3 cost and lower spell will be factored into how broken will it be if I fizz replay it etc

Since the next RQ is about 2 months away, it’s a good time for Riot to update the ban list (if they feel one is needed) Personally I’d love to see Ekko go. The fact that it’s been near unplayable except for an infinite combo just shows that its an effect thats waiting to be broken I’m kind of over “ban aurora” cus its not overly represented but its still a very unfun playstyle and I’d love to see it go Anything else you’d hope to see hit before Barcelona? I guess set 4 reveals could impact this discussion too

@cris_kuako @zxlti I agree Candlelit is so middling It feels ok but with how well other decks can use it just not a fan

Here is the Best of Rek’sai list for Hartford: @zxlti and I spent a lot of time working on this list, and it feels extremely clean. We already know a few adjustments that will make that better and will have that in a guide this week. LA couldn’t come sooner

@TSSRiftbound 3 or 0 no one likes getting luck sacked by someone seeing a 1 of power card like in yugioh

If there was a Limited and Semi-Limited banlist in Riftbound, would you use it to hit Sabotage?

@samdsherman Hindsight 50/50 but do you think you would have performed better on your Kha deck / list you were working on at Hartford compared to Rengar

@ramekiano I figured Azir would be hard because it’s a similar go wide strategy but your Rek’sai list just has such a massive tempo advantage it felt a lot smoother then expected

Decided to run @ramekiano’s Utrecht reksai list at nexus night today, didn’t drop a single game this deck is disgusting 2-0 vex 2-0 Kai’sa 2-0 Azir

@LSXYZ9 Because dazzling is unfun to play and it can draw total non games. also due to yellow coming back in viktor and azir which are 80-20 matchups against aurora ontop of that every deck is mainboarding gear hate to make auroras main draw easy g1’s worse

Something so confusing to me and I wonder why it is — Master Yi is clearly a "vs all" and thus can explain it's popularity in the RQ. But knowing how prevalent Yi is and it also being a mostly vs-all deck why is Sivir Aurora not showing up here more?

Now that Rek'Sai is clearly a good deck teams/players might stop trying to meta manipulate by saying she's C-Tier. LOL I'm kidding but I easily put the deck in A-Tier in my last tier list video and knew it was going to have a breakout performance. Rek'Sai is insane.

What's the best format for a Riftbound tournament? BO3 all the way takes a lot of time and since we still don't have any big tournaments here and the biggest so far is win-a-case, I think it's not sustainable to keep BO3 all the way. I'm thinking of BO1 pre-board swiss to BO3 top cut. What do you guys think?
