Geçenlerde kapıma gelip “Mahalle derneğine katılın, aylık şu kadar ücret var” dediler. Ben de “Bu paranın her ay / her yıl nasıl kullanıldığına dair bir belge ya da rapor var mı?” diye sordum. Cevap olarak: “Öyle şeyler paylaşılmıyor.” dediler. Bu durum size de garip gelmiyor mu? Bence özellikle küçük yerleşim yerlerinde (kasaba/köy gibi) bu tarz şeyler daha sık olmuyor mu?
