Hey friends! I realize the next step to promote the @NACSLANcord is short form content on TikTok/Instagram Reels/Youtube Shorts. I want to reach the casual audience who has 0 idea events like Frag/Nstlga/ESEA exist. Anyone with knowledge of where to start please help me out in the replies or DMs!

**WARNING THIS IS A YAP SESSION** After some rest and seeing everyone’s post frag 20 posts about their time at the event I think it’s important to bring this up. @fragadelphia is setting the standard with consistently high quality events in my opinion. What other open sign up events are providing pc’s with 9800X3D’s and either a 5080 or 5070ti?! Even the last 3-4 Frag Rowan 1 day events I played on 500+ FPS! In 2026 they have hit the ground running with high quality pc’s/monitors, high quality broadcasts, and amazing staff team to bring all of YOU events to play in. If you live close or have the opportunity to travel come out and play. If you’re at home watch the stream or support their socials when they post. Supporting any TO you like doesn’t always require your wallet. As someone who goes to as many events as possible I never go into a frag thinking I’m gonna be worrying about anything BUT getting my ass to the venue on time and in the server. For an event where you can just sign up and play that’s an insanely nice luxury and privilege to have here in NA. Make sure to thank the Frag team when you see them, be kind when you need help, read the rules/posts to understand what’s happening, and most importantly show up and play some good cs (oh and shower too please 🙏). I think a lot of people figured this would sell out instantly with top teams due to past Philly events over the last year and a half. There’s only 10 teams currently signed up! Make sure to grab a spot and try your hand at getting to the VRS stage!

Also remember there are LFT/LFP (Looking for team and Looking for players) threads under each event forum. If you don't have a team put out an LFT or even better take initiative and build a team! For my first Lan I put out an LFP and just made a group from scratch and we almost made HLTV at our first event ever! Create opportunity for yourself by making the first move even if its scary to reach out to strangers to play a Lan. You never know what kind of greatness awaits you! GLHF!

Not usually one for post match tweets but after tonight I just wanna say... It's fucking embarrassing to NEED 2 OTs to beat @ItssBanss. I missed out on quality time with my dog cause we took over an HOUR to close that game, a task that normally takes 30 minutes or less. pathetic

Honestly @HLTVorg I don't even know what to say. The logic behind covering the top 12 of advanced to only top 8 of the finals (when the prize money is split between all 16 teams) is poor and comes at such a dissapointment. I understand you hide behind the excuse of not wanting to create so many HLTV team/player profiles BUT in this case I feel like a mistake is being made. Why is a 33,500$ 16 team tournament getting only HALF coverage?! ESEA is a long time reliable TO putting up a lot of money to win. Surely a handful of team profiles and 2 days worth of single elim bo3's isn't out of your scope to cover considering this is technically where the "open qualifier" got us to. A lot of these teams are already on the VRS and my team is 1 game away with our whole team already having HLTV profiles. All teams are recieving prize money. (Yet another excuse hltv has used to not cover games in the past if the game was not for prize money) Considering HLTV is the central hub for Pro CS2/The VRS and is plastered in gambling sites (ones that infringe on the Counter-Strike IP that Valve has banned TO's from using as sponsors btw) I refuse to believe this is a budget problem. This FEELS like a "we don't want to" problem. How are smaller scenes supposed to grow and become "pertinent" in HLTV's eyes if all smaller regions are just fighting for their life to have a handful of games covered. I don't blame @ESEA at all as hopefully they did everything in their power to make it work. I thank them for the wonderful job and effort they have put in to try and bring VRS to all regions. I know their hope was to have the entire finals covered every season. Guess we'll have to work even harder for it but IMO covering a small portion of a single elim bracket everyone spent 2+ months fighting for is a slap in the face. One day I'm hopeful the coverage issue in non EU regions is solved by @CounterStrike My final thoughts are this is a larger issue than one event or JUST the NA region as I've stated time and time again. A biased FOR PROFIT journalism company like HLTV should NOT be the main and only source of data colleciton and rule enforcement for the VRS/TOR if they are limited by funds. I doubt anyone disagrees with that.

After 13-14 months of grinding (barring esea's statement of finals being covered is correct) we qualify to the @ESEA finals and presumably secured our final placement match to get on the VRS! It's a weird feeling to get to where we wanted to be so proud of the guys man ♥️
