Looking for some D2/D3/NAIA/JUCO connections! My name is Joshua Alaeze, I am from Baltimore, Maryland. I am the founder of the @RamsAcademy here in Nürnberg Germany & the Founder of the AVOSP Training program that develops many top talents in Europe. Over the last 3 years we’ve had 12 of our athletes earn full scholarships to Universities, 10 being D1, 1 D2 & 1 NJCAA. Our guys train & lift 5x a week, have semi structured meal plans and work their asses off for an opportunity stateside. My big issue right now is our guys either go D1 or basically nothing, an we are sitting on talented young men that I believe can make the most out of the college experience. Regardless the level.
